What should be included in the test sample inspection report of food for special medical purpose (FSMP)?
The test sample inspection report (including the stability test report) should indicate the related information of the sample, including product name, batch number, package specification, production date, inspection date, and specify the inspection basis and inspection conclusion. The inspection conclusion should be comprehensively determined based on GB 25596 or GB 29922, requirements of product standards and GB 13432.
