On February 18, 2021, China National Centre for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) solicited public opinions on 10 new varieties of food additives, including 9 processing aid-enzyme preparations for food industry and 1 sweetener with expanded usage. The deadline for comments is March 8, 2021.

The quality specification shall follow National Food Safety Standard Food Additive Enzyme Preparations for Food Industry (GB 1886.174-2016).
