NHC Issued a Letter of Soliciting Opinions on Standards (Draft)

On February 8, 2021, NHC issued a Letter of Soliciting Opinions on National Food Safety Standards including National Food Safety Standard Nutritional Fortification Substances in Foods L-Carnitine Tartrate (Draft for Comments). These standards include 9 standards for nutritional fortification substances, 3 standards for food products, 9 standards related to physical and chemical test methods and procedures, 3 standards related to microbiological test methods and procedures, and 2 standards related to production and operation specification. The deadline for soliciting is March 31, 2021.
