On April 6, 2023, Director General of the State Administration for Market Regulation, Luowen and French Minister of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty, Marc Fesneau, jointly signed a memorandum of cooperation between the two countries in the field of on-site verification of special food registration at the Great Hall of the People.
