In 2021, 16 batches of unqualified special foods were notified, including 10 batches of health food, where the Kamblex Calcium + VD3 Tablets produced by PHARMA-REX, INC. were found with non-conformity in vitamin D3, and 6 batches of infant and young children formulas.
