The fat in catering food includes the fat from food raw materials and the fat added during the cooking process. The fat content in the dishes can be calculated based on the amount of raw materials, cooking oil and condiments by authoritative databases such as the “Chinese Food Composition Table”.
Labeling of fat: in grams (g), label the fat content in each serving and/or per 100g (g) and (or) per 100 milliliters (mL) of catering food.
