They are not allowed to label functional functions and even patent names are not allowed to be labeled. It is suggested to improve China's scientific and technological innovation incentive policies, guide food companies to grow into innovative entities, strengthen the market demand orientation of food-related colleges and universities, and jointly build R&D platforms in enterprises with multiple parties to guide the flow of food science and technology talents to enterprises. Promote the use of food carbon labels and use a quantitative index to indicate the greenhouse gas emissions emitted by products in the production process on product labels. Product labels that inform consumers of the carbon information of products in the form of labels can encourage consumers to choose nutritionally balanced, low-carbon environmental protection, environment-friendly food, can also strengthen the popularization of low-carbon food scientific knowledge.
