What are the requirements for the sequence of functional evaluation tests of health food?
The sequence of items of human functional tests is actually an ethical issue, and the core of which is to ensure the consumption safety of the subjects, and not to cause any acute, subacute and chronic harm to the subjects during human experimental study. The human experimental study must be conducted after the hygiene test, animal toxicology safety test and stimulant testing (for relieving physical fatigue, promoting growth and development and losing weight only) and confirming that the test food product is safe and meets the requirements of related hygiene standards. In principle, it should also be conducted on the premise that the animal functional evaluation test proves its effectiveness. The test start date and report date should be indicated in the human experimental study report.
