The certification documents should include at least the basis for determining product nutrient design value and/or label value, research on raw material-related nutrition data, nutrient attenuation in the production process and shelf life, research on detection deviation range of nutrient design value and/or label value, and choice basis for formula composition and dosage design value, formula verification and correction process and results, and the determination of the internal control standards of product enterprise.
